Basic characteristics

Technical description

The gas heated kiln with the kiln car is used for firing of:

• porcelain,
• ceramic,
• pottery,
• sanitary - ware,
• refractories,
• etc...

The kiln insulation is made from ceramic fibers and light insulation bricks,what is the most economical way of insulation in the case of periodical firing.High - pressure burners are used for heating. If the customer demands, also recuperator can be added. In most cases recuperator burners are used, because they are highly efficient (up to 75%) and save energy.The movement of the kiln car can be automatically or not.
PLC controler and microprocessor programator enable us to control firing and cooling accurately. Because of demands of process we also add supervised program on PC. Supervising program allow us remote control and management of furnaces. It is made with SCADA sistem. In the kiln can be oxidizing or reductive atmosphere. The over-pressure in the kiln can be controlled and regulated.

Control program

The kiln is computer controlled by supervising program. This program is in SCADA system and enables the following steps:

• the independent location of control system,
• completing the temperature diagram for the kiln,
• a visual presentation of the process,
• monitoring and storage of temperatures,
• monitoring and storage of eventual mistakes,
• storage of the datas of the whole proces in special files,
• transfering require datas to the computer system of the customer,
• in the case of two or more kilns monitoring, it is possible to make a network
  and to control all of them with one computer.
