Gas heated tunel furnace to 300°C

Gas heated tunnel kiln is used for hardening of bakelite products.

Description of furnace:

• capacity: 50000 kg products / 24 h
• max. Temperature: up to 300°C,
• the movement of the kiln cars: 2 cars per hour,
• products travel through the kiln with the help of hydraulic system on the kiln cars,
• continuous PID regulation of temperature during heating and cooling,
• technological diagram of heating is followed in each chamber,
• preventive measures against arising explosive mixtures from the gases
  in the kiln are predicted,
• with special system of ventilators we can achieve an even distribution
  of temperature in the chamber,
• with PLC kontroller or with combination of PLC kontroller and PID temperature
  kontroller we can lead the whole process in the kiln,
• the whole process runs in the loop and it is completely automated.

Control program:

• the independent location of control system,
• completing the temperature diagram for the kiln,
• a visual presentation of the process,
• monitoring and storage of temperatures,
• monitoring and storage of eventual mistakes,
• storage of the datas of the whole proces in special files,
• transfering require datas to the computer system of the customer,
• in the case of two or more kilns monitoring, it is possible to make
  a network and to control all of them with one computer.
