Chamber bogie hearth furnaces

Chamber furnaces with protective atmosphere are electrical- resistant heated and they are used for:

• tempering,
• hardening,
• annealing,
• normalizing,
• recristalization,
• quenching,
• drying-ageing of materials,
• enamelling

Description of the furnace:

• max. operating temperature: up to1250°C,
• insulation made from ceramic fibres and light insulation bricks,
• we can monitor the kiln with PLC regulator or PLC regulator in combination with an independent PID temperature controler,
• the design of the furnace may be: chamber, chamber with car, shaft with or without fans, conveyor, etc...
