Vacuum washing machine type PS 1500/75 VAK
Washing machine is designed to wash steel parts before and after heat treatment and everywhere we need pure and dry parts. The unit is simply to use , ensure ecological irreproachability and quality.
We can easy set the time and temperature of washing and other parameters . Control panel and friendly control program are enable easy to use. Closed water system assure ecological integrity.
Two separated tanks for washing liquid , assured us different liquid for washing and rinsing. The washing machine is equipped with system of purging the washing liquid from oils - SKIMER and filters for solid contamination.
Washing machine make possible also for drying workloads after washing cycle. Vacuum pump take care for time effective and energy saving drying . Condensed vapour are returned back into tank.
Washing machine is made from stainless steel, washing chamber and tanks are thermally insulated.
The use of PLC controller enables us to supervise the process in the washing machine.
